What is a “Low G” Ukulele?
A low G ukulele is a regular ukulele with an alternate tuning that lowers the pitch of the top string of the instrument by an octave, making the intervals of the strings the same as the highest four strings on a guitar. It expands the range of the instrument, making it more versatile and more intuitive for new learners.
